Your provider connection

Change your provider's address or password, refresh your channels, and sign out.

New address or password

    Settings → General → Server Connection shows the server you're signed in to. Tap Update Connection.

    Change what's different, tap Test, then Save Changes.

    Same provider at a new address? Velo keeps your lineup, favourites and history, and refreshes everything in the background. A different provider means setting up again from scratch.

Keeping your lists fresh

    Velo refreshes your live channels every hour while it's open, and the program guide every six hours on Wi-Fi. To refresh now: Settings → Data → Sync & Maintenance — Sync All Content, or Live TV, Movies or Series on its own.

Signing out

    Settings → General → Logout, under Update Connection, returns to the sign-in screen and forgets the login this phone remembered. Your favourites, history and downloads stay on the phone.

    To keep using Velo but have it ask for the login next time, Settings → Data → Clear Saved Credentials.
